Who can become a participant in the program?

• A guest of any of the chain’s hotels who has read the terms and conditions and agreed to participate in the program.

How will points be accumulated and spent?

• As soon as a guest becomes a member of the program, points begin to accumulate on his virtual account.
• Points are awarded only for direct bookings. All bookings made on the hotel’s website, by the hotel’s phone number or by the hotel’s mailing address are considered direct.
• You can spend points from the next check-in at any of the chain’s hotels.

What other privileges does the program give?

• Loyalty program participants will also receive a discount on the main menu of the restaurant Seasons (the discount increases depending on the level) and other hotel services
• Members of the loyalty program will have the opportunity to participate in promotions and receive special offers from our partners.

Who are the partners of the Friendly Inn network?

• The network’s partners are travel agencies, theaters, museums, and organizers of entertainment events. The list of partners is constantly being updated and will be available to program participants by private subscription
