Terms of use of the website and processing of personal data
The use of the site’s services means the user’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing of his personal data specified therein; in case of disagreement with these terms, the user must refrain from using the site. Consent is given, inter alia, to possible informational (advertising) notifications (including, but not limited to: the implementation of newsletters, newsletters about marketing events, special offers and promotions via e-mail). The User confirms that by giving such consent, he is acting of his own free will and in his own interests.
1. Personal Information Of Users, Which Is Received And Processed By The Site Administration
1.1. Within the framework of this Policy, the user’s personal information is understood as:

1.1.2. 1.2. This Policy applies only to this site. The site administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the user can click on links available on the current site.
1.3. In general, the site administration does not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by users and does not monitor their legal capacity.
2. Purposes Of Collecting And Processing Personal Information Of Users
2.1. The site Administration collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for maintenance and to improve the quality of services provided.
2.2. Conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.
2.3. Getting summary information about site users for marketing purposes.
3. Conditions For Processing The User’s Personal Information And Its Transfer To Third Parties
3.1. The site Administration stores users’ personal information in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 07/27/2006 “On Personal Data”. 4. Change Of Personal Information By The User
4.1. The User may send a request to the Site Administration to change or delete personal information.
5. Measures Applied To Protect Users’ Personal Information
The site administration takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with it by third parties.
6. Changing The Privacy Policy. Applicable Law
6.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without additional notice. Innovations come into force from the moment of their publication. Users can track changes to the Privacy Policy on their own.
6.2. The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Policy and the relations between the user and the Site Administration arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
